This sale also includes two handcrafted log lodges; The Southfork Lodge, which is fully self-contained with running water and hot showers, heated with a wood stove and sleeps 12 to 14 people very comfortably. This lodge is accessible by 4x4 only. And the Northfork Lodge, a short hike or ATV ride from the end of the improved road, includes electricity and is heated with a wood burning stove. This lodge sleeps 6 to 8 people comfortably. This territory is situated in a world renowned outdoor recreational destination for hunting, backcountry skiing and snowmobiling.
