In the Northern Interior of the province of British Columbia right on the Western border of Tweedsmuir Provincial Park on Tetachuk Lake, this sprawling acreage is resplendent with streams, rivers and mountain lakes. Nature Trails Wilderness Lodge was the former hunting and fishing camp of David Packard and offers a variety of hiking trails, and multiday canoe routes & wildlife watching, (Moose, Grizzly, Black Bear, Wolf & Caribou). Hungry fish and proud trophy animals awaiting recognition, the fish are plenty and wildlife abounds. Nature Trails Lodge features, 8.88 deeded acres + leased lands, Foreshore License, Grazing License, Timber Sale License & a 3000’ airstrip. The main lodge offers a commercially equipped kitchen, 2 dining rooms, laundry room, storage room and 2 bathrooms with showers. in addition there are 7 individual cozy lake front cabins with a shower and toilet as well as, hot and cold running water and a wood burning stove; Plus 2 "family" cabins with an open fireplace, 3 & 4 bedrooms, living room, shower and toilet plus wood burning stoves. All cabins have covered porches allowing guests to sit and watch for wildlife or simply enjoy the sunset. |
