335sq miles of guiding territory located 2 hours west of Quesnel, BC. This guiding territory includes portions of MU region 6:01 including a lease on Tatelkux Lake. The territory also covers Kuyakus Lake, as well as, numerous streams, rivers, marshlands, meadows, coniferous forests plus poplar and willow stands. There are many trails cut into prime hunting areas. Hunting in this area is conducted using 4x4’s, boat or horseback. The quotas for this area are high. This territory also provides excellent opportunity for special predatory hunting with the challenge of hunting indigenous cats such as bobcat, cougar and lynx. The area has an abundance of wildlife leading way to a large cougar population. At current cougars and lynx in this area are hunted with the assistance of trail hounds providing thrilling chases. In 2005 this territory provided 100% success of spring black bear, meaning every bear hunter bagged a bear. Some of the bears hunted have weighed in up to 500lbs being anywhere from 5 to 7.5 feet. Due to its location and the lack of development the game population is exceptionally healthy. This is an excellent opportunity to expand a current hunting and guiding company or to start a new company.
